Won't need to water the plants tonight

Been a glorious day, but it is chucking it down now, quite glad really as I was too tired to want to water the plants anyway!
could do with a good 10 minute drenching

been a lovely day here too, but no rain! went and got OH fathers day pressie (a beer fridge) so he is now happy ha ha ! had a barbie as well, lovely lovely lovely.

Watering?
Plants in the ground don't need daily watering. Even the stuff in t'greenhouse only needs it on hot days, and there ain't been many of them.

We have had had no proper rain since a week last Monday. I just wish we had some proper rain because all our pots in the plot are becoming very dry and we are watering like mad everynight I would like to wake up to a bit of good rain in the morning but there is nothing on the weather forecast.

started raining here @ 10pm just after i'd done mine!!only did the just planted seeds&seedlings otherwise i would have been annoyed!
