Hope you don't mind me pinching a bit of space on the vine guys. The local Village Community Association is holding its 2nd annual Flower & Veg show in September So I thought I'd give them a plug.

If any of you Fancy it they have got two National Vegetable society Judges & a National Chrysanth society Judge booked.
Any produce that is left to the show (not removed) will be auctioned off & the monies will go to local charities.
If you are in the area of Mancetter (& it's easy to get to - just off the A5) you will be more than welcome, it's 20p per entry & 50p to get in to the show after judging. There is prize money for all classes
This is one of the few "New" shows starting up in the country whereas most established ones are closing down now. Please support it - it's cheaper than Tatton Park & if you are really lucky you might see me in my shorts !!!
