    That just sums her up.
    Blimey, that's well harsh.

Tammy - this is YOUR child's birthday and they grow up VERY fast - you make sure you enjoy it together no matter what anyone else says or thinks.

Neither of my parents are around any more, but they were both very laid back people who didnt care how I lived (in a housework sense) so long as I had a smile on my face and was healthy. I realise now how very lucky I was to have had such people for parents.

My MIL cleans and tidies like her life depends on it, and does the same when she visits us. She never says anything, I think she's given up on the pair of us!! It makes her happy to be like that and I see nothing wrong in that - she doesnt impose it on me in any other way than rolling up her sleeves, her choice!

You just live your own life in your own way and always have a smile on your face and a song in your heart, and let people come to visit you for yourself and no other reason. You are an individual, a special person, never forget that.
Life may not be the party we hoped for but since we're here we might as well dance
