Let me explain:
Now and again, I volunteer to leave my man, and more reluctantly, my adorable black cat, to go Cat-Sitting at a Big House in The Welsh/English Countryside, and I'm not being indecisive here. Lots of the acres are in Wales, and lots of them are in England as well. And sitting on the terrace, eating my cornflakes, I can see all of them at once, which is just stunningly beautiful, and every time I do that, I feel incredibly lucky to be alive - Excellent!.... (Note to self: Volunteer more often Luv...)
So, in my absence, perhaps you'd be kind enough to remind Trousers again for me (and the mainstay of this forum that I personally rely on for their timely sense of humour, gay abandon, hug in a mug, french first word books, sensitivity and sticky sweeties, funny late-night emails and hugely funny Snail Mails that make my Postie smile on a regular basis)
... to put the bins out on Wednesday?
And, incidentally, he'll need to look and see what our neighbours put out as to whether it's Green Wheelie Bins this week or 'God have I drunk that many Bottles?'
Please also tell him that, if he drinks all the red wine, he WILL actually need to buy more, because I lied when I told him that there were 'Red Wine Fairies' last week.
The Cat hasn't yet learned to open the Felix Pussy Cat Pouches on her own, or to pour herself Go Cat Biscuits, so will need some help in this direction. Given that I've not yet started her on Pocket Money, Driving Lessons or the art of Shopping, he will actually need to do that for her too.
And she doesn't know how to work the Dishwasher. This is located marginally to the right of the Microwave, which is in The Kitchen. The Kitchen is located.........OUCH!
Trousers is a hugely gorgeous guy, and, whilst he won't miss me in the slightest, things'll be kind of quiet round here without me.
Would it be possible for you to make some noise around him for me?!
That would be great, thanks.....
