If I see a deer anywhere near my garden its going to get fast tracked straight into the freezer!

"He hates going to seperate shops"

Me too. But I get the supermarket to deliver now, and we use the time saved to go to "specialist shops" - that's to say Butcher and Grocer / Farm shop - for our food.

You can easily shop without a total reliance on supermarkets - think the only thing I get there now is loo roll and following a load of stuff on the TV recently about how much people spend per week on food, decided to keep track of our outgoings. For the two of us, all meals (3 per day) and soft drinks (don't include alcohol as I think of that as a very nice luxury) we're currenly running at about £28 per week each. That's for a heavily veg based diet with some good quality ethically produced meat and fish. Interestingly enough, had a financial advisor round the other week to sort out some stuff and he was looking at our outgoings. Refused to believe that we were spending less than £100 between us, annoyed me so showed him my log and am sure he thought that we were doing without despite eating a great and varied diet.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
