Big Butt

It's still raining here .. a lot.
I bought a 2nd butt y'day (210 litre) and it's full already. (B&Q £20) The water is just pouring off the house roof - 400 litres saved in butts since I went to bed last night.

Would it be naughty to use my council black rubbish bin as a water butt? (and put our rubbish in the street bins )

I put a 1000l IBC on the side of the shed a few weeks ago and it's already over half full off a very small roof!

Having said that....not had loads of rain in this area-3 hrs drizzle yesterday and now it's just started again in the last 1/2 hr.

Got 2,000 litres water waiting for next summer.
