on reflection (of about 30 seconds!) I love the way the 'shrooms look when they are cooked with their stalks on...just a lovely mushroomy shape I reckon

to give you an idea of where my mind is at times - this post came about because I picked a ton of courgettes yesterday and made tons of (Shelley/Wellie/Pigletwillies) soup last night.

This morning I find mushrooms in the bottom of fridge, I pull stalks, wipe, chop, fry off and chuck in the soup. I then looked at all the stalks sat on work top and thought hum......I refer you back to top
