I need to buy some Glucosamine, MSM & Chondroitin (all in one) tablets.

I normally get 2 lots of 180 tablets at £12.79 a bottle for Glucosamine 500mg, MSM 500mg & Chondroitin 100mg - can anyone tell me of a better deal?

I took Glucosamine & Chondroitin for a couple of years, and although I noticed some improvement it was not complete. For the last three years I have just worn a copper bangle and its worked significantly better, for me; and those pills are blinking expensive.

Doesn't mean that will work for you, just thought I would mention it though.

Cripes this pill lark is getting complicated. I have spondulosis in ny spine and creaky leg joints from the natural aging process I guess (never used to have them!)
I've been taking Glucosamine one-a-day 600mg for ages and the joint pain has abated a bit (could be all the excercise at the allotment I suppose!) Also take cod liver oil , one a day so this could have a baring also!

Heard of Chondroitin but never MSM until now.

I got my last Glucosamine at Tesco's on offer at 90 X 600mg tablets for £1.99!

Good luck with you're search SBP and thats an interesting site/article Shirl!

I was taking Glucosamine and also Omega 3 capsules but was advised by my GP to stop taking them as it could be causing problems with liver damage. It could be that with the all the drugs I have to take in any case that this could have been a case of tipping over the top of course.
I am certain that the day my boat comes in, I'll be at the airport.

Err yeah, I have to say this is only a helpful comment if you know whether it was to do with all the drugs you were taking and some were contra-indicative. Otherwise its not very helpful at all, unlike the 'joint tabs'.

Any particular type of copper bracelet Kristen? Do you wear it 24/7 or take it off at night?

Bog standard I think, my FIL got it for me (he wears one too). I wear it 24/7 and my wrist looks like the verdigris on the church roof!

                          I know, I know.

But it just sounds like scare-mongering, even if it wasn't meant as such, without a reason to stop taking them?!!!
