I highlight recipe, copy, then paste into Word, then I can format it to my taste and print it off.

and if you do want to open Word but don't want to go looking for him - do this:
Press the little floaty window thing - bottom left in between Ctrl & Alt and press R and type in winword so....
            - Press windows key + R
            - Type in winword

I have a Notepad (TXT) file on my Desktop. I cut and paste all sorts of little snippets in there.

Right click Desktop : New : Text document

Give it a new name, ending in ".TXT"

Double click it to open, whenever you wish.

Cut & Paste interesting snippets to the file.

(Word would do as well, I just don't need the "bulk" of Word most of the time)
