My daughter (who had her second baby last week) went for a scan about 10 days before. The first had been firmly lodged bum down and was delivered by emergency section so they wanted to check that no 2 was the correct way round. No 1 had been told she would be able to see her baby sister. She looked at the scan and demanded to see the baby 'propperly!'

So you won't be able to see him/her propperly but it's amazing - we just had to do 9 months of imagining!

LadyWayne felt Bean move for the first time yesterday. I tried to have a listen last night (as I do every night) and could only hear a rumbly tummy.

There's a definite bump now though!

Ooohhh...exciting! I loved the feeling of those first "butterfly wings" in my tummy! It'll be amazing when you can also feel those little kicks "outside" too.

Yeah great isn't it, so exciting for you HeyWayne. My sister has been having cramp like pains for past couple of days so baby may be here early. Head already engaged so could come anytime Happybunny told her not to have "peanut" yesterday her birthday, didn't want to share, reminded her I share mine with everyone opening pressies every year, Christmas Day She didn't really have an answer for that one
