        LMAO -

I love Malamutes they are just beautiful.

Saw a very very big boy at a show once, you could have slapped my GSD bitch across the face with a wet fish - it was look that said I have died and gone to dog heaven. She's a big girl at 47kg but he made her look positively tiny.

Anyway, I told her to pull herself together as she had a date with another GSD - date went ahead a couple of months ago and now got a 5 day old puppy. Aunty Oeskes (my other GSD) is a very attentive nanny too.

The sad thing is that story is one of the reasons why wolves across the world were wiped out in large numbers.

The truth is that Wolves are extremely shy creatures and would run a mile from any human unless they were cornered or starving.

They recently re-introduced wolves in France, they did some tests of some 'scats' they found only to find out it was 'scats' of a different species of wolf, you see they already had wolves but they just didn't know it as nobody had seen one for years as they are extremely difficult to find in the wild.

When my son was about 2yrs old we took him to the local wildlife park and while at the wolf enclosure he fell over and started crying.
The wolves all of them came over to the fence almost as if they were concerned, and from that day they have been my favourite animal.
The greatness comes not when things go always good for you,but the greatness comes when you are really tested, when you take, some knocks, some disappointments;because only if youv'e been in the deepest valley can you ever know how magnificent it is to be on the highest mountain.

Dexter is a funny sort of dog (bit like his owner! lol!). If it's raining he won't go out for walkies and if we are out on walkies his ears go down, his tail goes between his legs and his sulks all the way home. When its hot, his Aunty Margaret takes him to the local park, two minutes away, where there is a lovely stream for him to paddle in - he really enjoys it!
I had a day off work on Friday and Dexter and I went up to Ulverston and had two lovely walks on the beaches there - Aldingham and then Plumpton Marsh -if anyone goes up there - do have a wander around -wonderful!
