Update: Well the repair came and checked our freezer this morning about 11.30am. He said that it needed a BIG new part. I said I did not want it repairing as I wanted a new machine. So he rang his company who said that it was okay to change it. Then whilst he was talking on the phone he sid "I dont think she will want to speak to you about that". Then he handed the phone over to me and the girl on the end of the phone said okay we will be in contact with you in the next 48 hours to arrange delivery, and would you like to buy a special offer of a fridge kit at a knock down price of £11.99!!!! I said no I would not and could they, as I had already stayed in two days running because of the delivery and the problem cut the time down to less that "between 7.30 and 1.pm or 1pm and 7.30" She said no, they would arrange a time and they would take the broken down freezer away. I had to bite my tongue to stop me saying "you sound like you are doing me a favour" I am really p****d off with this problem. But I will have to be patient and wait for the delivery. When I came off the phone the chap said I did not think you would want what she was offering. An understatement. Well I am off to get my glass of wine now and chill and will not think about the freezer until it arrives. !!!
