Leave the spider be. She might have a million kids to look after in a corner, somewhere. Imagine her distress if you package her up and send her somewhere 'foreign'!
I have two employed spiders in my downstairs bathroom. One has strange tastes and doesn't eat fly bodies - just the wings and legs! S/he lives on the windowsill and has a cosy hole in the frame, for when I'm showering. The other is much bigger and lives in a multi-storey web between the loo bowl and the wall. Tis a big risk for the spider, if you ask me, but it's been there for weeks, so I guess is happy!
I think they're cute. They're all called Boris, too.
