What month it is. Looking out of the window I'd say it's November, but I don't remember having my holiday yet...

Well- from the look of the dead leaves blowing around and the red and orange leaves on some of the trees....yep...you'd be correct!
Oh....and it's just started thundering now! hmmmphLast edited by Nicos; 12-08-2008, 02:36 PM."Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple

Quite literally just 5 mins ago we had a spell of heavy rainfall - completely out of nowhere - then sunshine - but I see the gathering clouds promising more of the bad stuff later on. Quite blustery for a couple of days as well.
I suppose we can't complain the weathermen did predict a summer (synchronised laughter now people!) of a few days of good, followed by a few days of bad.
But August it does not resemble.

Becki, leave the washing on the line - sprinkle some soap flakes all over it, it'll get washed and rinsed in one go - plus you'll save on your energy bill/carbon footprint. Lay your washing all over the car and you could do that at the same time if you're really determined.
Even betterer yet - leave the kids/hubby in the clothes, get them to lay on the car....
