I think Bramblewick is in for a sound thrashing with my slipper. Mmm perhaps not, she is 26 and 6`1 so it may be me who gets thrashed. Bang goes my anonymity though, although sayinmg that, you can only really see Mrs Piglet so perhaps all is not lost.

What a neat allotment PW - wish I could set mine out like that. Congratulations. I think Bramblewick must be very proud of you and Mrs Pigletwillie.

I thought you must be organised when you describe the numbers of sweetcorn, the lbs of rhubarb, etc. that you harvesting. I thought you might be supporting the local shop!

Not the local shop Jennie but we have a daughter and lots of family who all enjoy a trug of fresh produce. In fact the only crop that we dont give away is our sweetcorn although this year is a bumper season and as we did plant 160 plants there might be 1 or 2 to give away.

Its not as neat as you think or I would like but I hope that after this winter it will be layed out finally with no more moving of raised beds and quite light on maintenance. This will give us the time to spend on the second plot where we are going to build another polytunnel as the one we built this year has been so succesful.
