Any Geo-Cachers out there?
We were introduced to this pastime on Friday and what a very strange experience it was.
Strange and horrible in places due to having two toddlers in our group and not realising the distance, but despite that we have been bitten by the bug.
Just wondered if anyone else out there has given it a go.Iamhanuman

Check my profile for pics of some of the coins that are out there to be found and moved on.Last edited by beefy; 12-04-2009, 09:15 AM.There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore and who always will. Geo caching
Have been discovering the 'Dark side' of this hobby recently.
I have had two travel coins pinched, and there is an individual who is pretending to find the caches and posts their log on-line in my area.
Most worryinglyalso in my area, caches are being smashed up by persons unknown who then post in the logs online they are protecting the environment by removing this litter and vandalism of the countryside.
I have so far found 199 caches and recently had a nice day wandering around Rutland looking for them, places i have never been to before.
It's rained everyday since then.Blogging at..... www.thecynicalgardener.wordpress.com
