As older (in terms of joining date) members of the vine know, I make quilts. Just started cutting the fabric for another this morning. I also love cooking, making jams, chutneys, natural history (off to the last Tuesday Evening meeting of the season tonight - too dark to continue!) archaeology, choral singing, playing guitar and of course, playing with the grandchildren. Himself shares some but not all of these interests!

I knit (boring, sorry) read far more than is good for me, walk the dogs, look after my grandson (actually make that grandsons now) We are in the process of completely re-doing the house and so far have managed sitting room, hall-stairs-landing and bathroom, before we got bored, but the dining-room is a must before Christmas. Photography and preparing for the arrival of our first chooks. I also spend far too much time on this computer whatsit.
