I've been trying to get a picture to upload as my signature, does anyone know how to do this? I've tried going smaller than the recommended 500x100 px but it still wont load

It has to be smaller than 19.5 kb too, have you checked the file size? What error message are you getting?

its 90.9k jpg at 5 compression, and says unable to process file ??

The file is way too big, you will have to reduce the file size by making the picture size smaller or compress it more. Try resizing gradually until you get the correct pixel size for the 19.5kb or try a higher compression level.

sigh I've shrunk it right down to 8kb jpg and it still says 'unable to save image' ???

I had a go at this too and got the same error message. Since I have not seen anyone use an image in their signature on this forum, I assume the feature is not working. Can the mods help please?
