That's it now if the BBC say it's over - all we need now is for our daft government to make a statement that due to Summer ending on 31st August they are gonna put the clocks back early.

BST lasts 6 months, summer only lasts 3.
Summer has always ended on 31st August; and Autumn has always started Sept 1st.
You still get 6 weeks before the clocks go back, don't panic.
