[QUOTE=SlugLobber;280997]HOW CAN ANYONE NOT REMEMBER THE TRIBBLES??

    QUOTE]

I do remember the Tribbles but if I was forced to make a choice between repopulating the Earth with Lara Croft or being "assimilated" by 7 of 9, a Tribble wouldn't get a look in.

Trouble is, Lara still won't return my telephone calls - must be something to do with the restraining order

Still, I look forward to warming 7 of 9's circuits on Wednesday after the Big Bang.

Thing is, was the "big" bang really all that big in the first place? If it happened eons end eons ago, chances are it was quite small - given that the universe has supposedly been expanding ever since....

Might be like someone farting in the middle of a packed Wembley stadium.

                    • I saw it in the papers too. It's the Beginning of the End! Finally.

Will the last one out please turn off the lights?

And does this mean I can cancel all my appointments for Thursday?

What time do I need to start it playing - bearing in mind I'll be on Italian time.

                            • Well worth a laugh

Tom Lehrer's song "We will all go together when we go" - superb lyrics and irony. 3 minutes of fun and real wit

YouTube - Tom Lehrer - We Will All Go Together When We Go

Equally good and worth a few minutes of your time on You Tube

"Elements" / "Masochism Tango" / "Vatican Rag"

Tom was far ahead of his time. Every time a radio station played one of his songs it got banned.

He was a brilliant mathematician and song writer.

                              Enjoy.
