Yeah, I've been thinking more about who could be the new Superman too. It's the only thing cheering me up. And those tights
The thing is, I don't want to end it as a Germinator. I mean, I have a lot of questions I haven't even asked yet about Jerusalem artichokes, tubers in general and why my leychee seeds never get beyond sprouting when I plant them from supermarket leychees.
These and other questions may never get answered if these guys throw that switch.
Also . . think about this . . if they KNEW what was going to happen---really knew---then they wouldn't have to throw the switch at all because, well, they would know!
So, by reverse logic, they don't really know, do they? So all that stuff about "We've done our numbers and it won't happen" can't actually be correct, since if they knew what would happen for sure, there would be no point in experimenting at all, right?
Sad, but probably true . . .
