    • According to the BBC....

it's only being turned on to prepare it for the experiment - they won't be creating any mini-black holes for a while yet.......they didn't say when.

So I guess we are OK for now.

                    • Well, if this is the end - it's got boring radio to accompany it. Radio 4 is running with it all day in some form or other. Blimmin 'eck - if this is it, I'd like to go out with some interesting wireless to listen to! Hope I get chance to sample the 2 cakes I've got in the oven - a banana and pineaple and a cranberry and orange. It's my sister's birthday tomorrow (Like HayWayne's).

Unless Cern know differently of course.

I think it has actually ended. I'm hoping that I've been transformed into a minitron (or whatever) and pushed into a parallel universe, where I shall exit the office to find a Dodge Charger in my parking spot and it'll drive automatically to my estate of 300 acres (I'm not greedy) and my rich hubby who will have cooked dinner for me, ready for when I get home.

Methinks me going home will be an anti-climax after all that.

                          • Well nothing seems to be happening over here.

I know we've gotta get rid of Gordon Brown somehow but this does seem to be a bit OTT to me.

I was looking forward to flying past HeyWayne on my way to Oz...........

                              Ooh! These sound lovely!

If you get chance before the world blows up, can you point me in the direction of the recipes for these, or are they a 'Flum Special'? If they world is going to end, I might as well be eating nice cake.
