A while ago, I used a well-known search engine to find information on Dalek-style compost bins for a Welsh e-friend who lives in Canada. I came across something on the Blue Peter website. Does this go too far?

On my first stag night in London, back in the 90's, my brother and I staggered out a pub near Fulham Broadway and bumped into a genuine Dalek which was about to go on the underground - and no we weren't seeing things - I think there wasa Dr Who exhibition / Convention at Earl's Court - but when we got to the next pub none of my mates would believe us !
