Thankyou so much. You were right I feel worse today, went to the doctors she said I hadn't done any major damage, but could suffer for weeks or could have recurring problems. I was given some strong painkillers and a pain relief cream, she also recommended i see an osteopath. I took your advise and kept the receipts to claim the money back and i will be trying to get the third party insurers to pay for the osteopath.
        Thankyou all again.

good you saw the dr,some people only think lightly of a {its only a whiplash}but gees, they should have one, don't know about these days, but when i had mine the thing was not to settle any claim until at least 2years have past, just when you think ok am better you got trouble again, and whats more,i was tolled that once you got that weekness,it can be easely upset again, thats what happened to me,first time the offending vehicle came at us,it wrote the land rover of,it twisted it's chasis, and son no2 had 8 stitches in the fore head,he is now in his 30's,the second time some idiot ran into the back,i still get a bit twanggy when i see a vehicle come to close,or hear the ambulance,is early days yet for you,the osteopath is exelent, all the best.

Blimey, the sweat is pouring off me. I wished for a bit more sunshine, but this is too hot to sit out in!

Had a weekend away in Eastbourne.....loads of sun, how amazing, one or two of our party actually ended up with sunburn! Thanks to anyone here from that lovely resort. Hoping to have a proper gardening day today if the weather holds.

My cucumbers have taken off! Hurrah! Now, desperately hoping that my last tom plant follows suit and ripens! The weather is supposed to be dry but cloudy today, Kent person, so get out and enjoy!
