    So far this year we've done; Gooseberry & Elderflower, Rhubarb & Elderflower, Strawberry, Blackberry & Elderberry and a Blackberry 'Sherry' style. They all seem really nice, but the Strawberry is the best

                        we just discovered poached eggs, the real kind done in hot water, not a poacher, was amazed at the difference, took a couple of tries to get the timing right but when we got the first one right! wow! dash of salt and pepper, pinch of paprika, egg heaven.
