Typing error

How can I correct a typing error in a 'title'
see my post on 'Mu first sewing machine.

Tried to do it in 'edit' then go advanced but it does not seem to save the edit?

No, Honest it was just a tyoping errroe

Well I am waiting now...think it has stopped working as suspected. I am not sure if to leave it for a time then have a wee sippy or restart it?

LOL, siphon the wine off the lees, degass it and wait for it to clear then enjoy if it tastes nice. If it tastes a bit sweet, then maybe make another, drier, batch and then blend them. It is definately worth taking a starting SG measurement (aim for around 1.08 for starting) so that you can judge whether ferment has finished or stalled.
