I've really been enjoying this series
EXCEPT...after he tastes the food he always makes a funny little 'mmmhppp' noise through his nose and I'm finding it a bit off putting!
      Apart from that, great!

Did you try to watch the iPlayer version to see if you could tell what you missed from the 'onion puffs'?

What did you think of the Biodynamic hocus pocus with the compost heaps and the "additives" - the one that had me rolling on the floor with tears in my eyes was the yarrow that had been placed in a deer's stomach - or was it bladder ? Was laughing so much I can't remember
Can't argue with the beetroot they were good, but lots of people grow good beetroot.
I do like this series though - and I don't care how much he blows through his nose - anyone who promotes the use of either local or seasonal produce is right up there in my books!

Oh yeah and did you know that a cow's horns are a direct link to the cosmos ? And therefore it follows that sh*t from a cattle beast with horns is better than one from a beast without. Kinda makes you feel sorry for all the naturally polled breeds

I like that guy. He really lays on the flattery -- so much so -- you'd think he was a Southern Gentleman . . . I mean, well, if you could get past that accent.
