Back last night from Andalucia - we stayed in a casita on an organic estate which was wonderful - so inspiring. The wildlife (and insect life...) was amazing and to see some of the flowers and produce was just beautiful. Bit of a comedown to arrive back in lousy weather, to a totally bedraggled garden, and my suitcase missing again (cheers BMI)!!! Suitcase is obviously cursed as it vanished in Nice 6 weeks ago and might well be retired if it ever makes it's way back home!
On the plus side, most tomatoes still ripening so haven't missed out on them; we have a lovely cucumber and some cherry tomatoes for a Greek stye salad later, and I'm going to use the remaining vine leaves to make dolmades or something.
Righty. I'm going to start trying to catch up on all the news but thought I'd say hello and happy Sunday, ya'll!
