It was members like yourself that encouraged me to join the Vine in the first place. Now as I've spoken my mind on a few occassions (apologies to members), I could understand getting a PM telling me to knaff off by some.

Don't let it get to you down and I hope the person that sent you the PM is feeling a little better and can now just continue on the Vine a little more wise.

To me this forum is a lovely friendly place, and it saddens me to read your news. Is the person a regular here? maybe its some not use to forums, and it's just a case of poor understanding.
The forum is in part a virtual world and should be seen as such. We, none of us take it so deeply that it would become personal in an unpleasant way I feel sure. This person must be an unhappy soul at the moment.
It is a very one dimensional way to correspond, sometimes things are read not as they were meant, that all said, I can see how this would upset, but please, please don't leave because of this.

I took offence once because someone asked me if I was Yoda - due to my dreadful sentence structures...but then thought actually, if you are going to be accused of something, being called Yoda is a bit of a complement.

Wellie! You were one of the people I first met on here and I've always loved your sense of humour. Try and keep it under these trying circumstances. The problem is not yours, it is the person who needs their ego stroking whenever they post. Personally, I've made some fantastically witty posts on here (says me) and no-one even noticed! Am I miffed? Am I beggary!

I can tell from your post that you were hurt and upset and I don't think that on a forum like this where we all try to support one another, that anyone has the right to do this to another. Report the message chuck. Let The Big Piglet sort 'em out (and the smaller Seahorse and the even smaller Shortie!)
