  • Always look on the bright side .....

Down on the lottie today I was pondering looking at things in a different light to see if that might change my approach. So here I have started a little list of things I will try to view differently.

1 Dandelions are not weeds they are free fresh greens for our pet rabbit.
2 Rain is good. It makes things grow. It also makes digging up the weeds, that are growing beautifully again, easier.

Hmmm wonder what else I can come up with. Maybe I need some help.

I always like to think of things not as half-empty but as half-full.

On the upside, any annual non flowered weeds that your rabbit doesn't want will make invaluable compost.

Am I thinking along the right lines...?

And nettles are not a pest. They're a breeding and feeding ground for butterflies.

Went to a funeral once which played "Always look on the bright side of life" from the Monty Python film ...better than the usual boring hyms!!!

Think I'll have it at my funeral and have Spike Milligans epitaph on my gravestone "I told you I was Ill"

I agree Alice. They also make a nice soup (with a little nutmeg) and can be used to make a liquid manure.
