    Anyone else looking forward to this? Starts tonight at 8pm on Channel 4. I can't wait... I like a bit of Hugh.

    tough call here - cos himself likes The Bill - trade training he calls it! So one or the other will be downloaded..but yep, really looking forward to it

            Well, I really enjoyed that... he has such a nice manner about him. I liked the beetroot recipes, but then I've always liked the purple veg even when it's pickled.

                    I watched it later on one of the other channels going to try the beetroot brownies as I pulled some up yesterday and I already have loads of pickled beetroot.

                        I've yet to watch it as kiddies were late getting to bed,have it taped & shall watch at leisure later!Beetroot icecream sounds like a must to try!!In the meantime.............a girl can but dream!!!.......

                          Watched it last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's not just what is done and said that makes it interesting it's the enthusiasm. It may just be a TV persona (although I don't think so) but Hugh does come accross as a very caring sort of chap.
                          It is the doom of man, that they forget.

                            I must be a trivial psychic, because there I was with some over-large beetroots and thinking hmm shall I try a brownie-style recipe or a cake-type recipe... went for the cake in the end anyone want the recipe?
