Wine flies

the flies will add a bit of protein and the fly poo a bit of fibre .... see homemade wine can be nutritious too (i'd have strained the flies ).

i had a problem with them laying eggs in a flower pot, drove me nuts, i stuck it outside on the windowsill in the end didn't do much for the plant ...... but theres no more flies
