It's not like us at all, but when you hear the rain battering off your window, and the wind blowing a gale the very last thing you want to do is get up and set out in it!!!

I can relate to wanting to go to bed now...it's 5.30 and I'm already ready for bed! Good job Most Haunted Live is on tonight, or else I might give in to the temptation!!!

I hate winter! (planning to end ALL my posts with this mantra!)

Here's hoping. Managed to get another hour last night, so that's five in total. 10 mile run today should make me physically tired. Drooping now but Sunday dinner won't be ready until at least 8pm, so hopefully I should stay awake until at least 9ish but that's 10pm body clock time..... pathetic, isn't it?

Mostly I think the problem is the job from hell. Several people who mean nothing to me but who take up a vast proportion of my waking life tend to wander into my thoughts in the wee small hours, and I really don't want to sleep with them on any level!

        Oooo Sunday dinner...I want some!!

I just went to prepare our dinner (fajitas) and found that our meat had gone off (no idea why, was frozen from fresh....and just taken out to defrost for tea)!!

        I'm soooo disappointed.

So, it's now beans, toast & hot dog sausages. Nothing worth staying up for!!

I rebelled, yesterday and didn't reset my clocks. Result was that I had an extra hour to do all my Sunday jobs and was at the fruit and veg stall (car boot) by 9am, after having a leisurely breakfast! This week I am effectively getting up an hour earlier. Am hoping that maximising daylight hours like this will put off SAD for a while longer. Roll on March, I say!
