      Congratulations Snuffer & Mrs Snuffer
It's a good week for celebrations - our 15th Anniversary is on Thursday (30th) and our eldest's 14th birthday is on Tuesday (28th) - our first wedding anniversary was Chinese Takeaway in the maternity ward
As the kids are off school (half term) and our son is having half a dozen people for a sleepover (), we've decided to save the celebration til they go back to school next week and then treat ourselves to a really nice lunch out!

Congratulations indeed. Thats far more than I've managed in 2 marriages, I'm impressed.
Wonderful non metaphoric present as well.

LadyWayne and I will celebrate our 4th (although we've been together for 12) on the 6th, and I was looking to see what the various "traditional" gifts are:

Wedding anniversary - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Found some of the "modern" ones a bit laughable - this year I'm supposed to buy an appliance as a modern gift - maybe that's why there are so many divorces these days?
Surely a battery powered "Appliance" wouldn't be amiss ?
Sent from my pc cos I don't have an i-phone.

Congrats Snuffer, I like your choice of pressie but as we're coming up to 28 years next July 1st I think I'll go with the 'official' pressie Small Blue Planet mentioned of orchids, don't fancy telling everyone the O.H. got me a pile of sh.... I mean muck, for our anniversary!

Thank you to all who sent messages of congratulations.

Had a very nice day. Been to lottie to stack manure out of the way, nice and tidy, until needed. Built a pallet compost bin and filled it with all the stuff that's been in the daleks and in a heap.

There is a bottle of mead (the honeymooners drink)in the fridge cooling for later on. Not that we ever went on honeymoon, couldn't afford one.

28 crikes, I think I've done well surviving 18 years Mega Congratulations and enjoy mucking around

Mr B and I don't do pressies for birthdays, Xmas or Anniversaries any more, we agreed a couple of years ago to sponsor a child in Kenya instead.
