Rat poison

I've been in one of our cellars and found a box of rat poison tucked away
It's one of the 'instant death' varieties which I don't think are for sale in the UK.
However..on closer inspection I noticed that a mouse has dragged some insulation and dried leaves into the box and made a nest amongst the bright pink poison pellets.
Looks like my local mice have built up some resistance or the poison is really old????

I think it's already called 'darned thing'

If it is the same mouse, when the previous owner were moving out, it'd made a nest in one of the matresses and a big store of hazel nuts!!!!!!

see it had nuts, no need to eat nasty poison
