Have been with at my daughter's for a couple of days so hadn't been online or checked mail.

I'm caught between anger (at the idea that it seems OK to tell us that they feel they can't upset another *plot holder who's already started working the plot [which Tricky had been doing before they stepped in]) and sheer amazement that a council are happy to send a message with so many "error's" - am following some others here and going out to daughter's garden for a while to think.

*I accept another plot holder is innocent here, but that hasn't stopped the council before and surely Tricky should be at least as well facilitated as that other innocent person.

Please find attached a letter from Cllr Len Foster. I would be grateful if you could disregard the earlier letter, as this was sent whilst it was still at the "draft" stage. Apols for the error. Anna-Marie CoughlanPA to the Leader of the Council

Attached was the same letter but without the spelling errors! Made me giggle. If nothing else we have ensured that the council have found the spell check button

Yep, I got one too. The secretary is obviously a hopeless speller - she ended the email with "Apols for the error". Not very professional is it!
