received my so called letter today , giving me 7 days to clear my posessions and to hand my key back(they can whistle for it ) apart from that nothing . But what a great response in the paper thanks guys ,yeah hugh and jamie was my next step , or yeah and dont forget my favourite chef James Martin im sure they would like to know ,whos got their tel no lol

I think you need to go though your own councils complaints system first.

ive alreay contacted my own councilor seasprout dont know wether it will do any good though

it seems to be eviction notices,without any previouse warnings,and only 7 days notice at that,that in it's self is just not fair game,yet alone when the plot HAS been worked,AND others still remain in a bad state,wonder if the later ones are occupied,or are empty,if so,why give trickys plot to another,maybe because it looked good,the councils tactics stink big time.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by North Lincs Council, and reading some of the comments posted on the Scunthorpe Telegraph site it would appear that this is not the first instance !
