Thinking of compensation for Tricky's loss, it may be that he has to write a letter to the Council to put it in writing formally? I know when I temporarily worked for Derby CC Highways Dept there was Council insurance cover for people writing in about recompense for 'loss' due to inadequate pavements/roads?To see a world in a grain of sand

here is the latest full piece in the paper.
if you can see it there is an email address for you to respond to the piece if you so wish, rather than post on the web.
Tricky did point out when he sent me this, that he has yet to actually hear anything from the council (typical) and all he knows is what the paper told him.Attached FilesVive Le Revolution!!!'Lets just stick it in, and see what happens?'Cigarette FREE since 07-01-09

in a way he is correct though, they were contemplating taking tricky's allotment away, however if they had followed procedure, Tricky would have had right to reply and time to correct, so it is unfair to say he was in anyway flouting the rules of the allotment, if the letter had gone out, it should have been a warning letter, so it does not mean he would have lost his allotment at all.Vive Le Revolution!!!'Lets just stick it in, and see what happens?'Cigarette FREE since 07-01-09

tricky if i was you when you get your plot back - start an on line blog of what you do even if it's monthly so you have proof if this should ever happen again, as it sounds like they might try it again after we have all gone quite.---) CARL (----
