Mystery Pinot Grigio Delivery.... Please Own Up?!

Not only did I receive a box of wines from my favourite client today as a birthday present, but I also had a bottle of Pinot Grigio delivered separately from somewhere in Wiltshire. This special delivery carried no personal message, and therefore, I have no way of thanking the person responsible, until they come forward and tell me who they are.
I'm certain it is from someone here, and if you're dead shy, I'm quite happy for you to PM me, and I can thank you most sincerely....

Now. Given that I love you all anyways, there's no need for each and every one of you (especially you!) to claim ownership of having done this special and thoughtful thing, because if that were true, I'd have hundreds of Pinot Grigio, and clearly, I don't.....
