what a day, i need cheering up please - here is my list!

1. 13 year old DD who obviously hates me!!!

2. 51 year old OH who obviously hates me!!!!

3. A hangover, that obviously hates me!!!! (the night was a great one though)

4. Today is the anniversary of my lovely best friends death, Rosey the GSD, its one year and god i feel sad, i could tell her anything and she would just wag her tail and love me!!!!

5. My sis is in NZ and i so miss her.

6. My friend had a baby 3 days ago and the forceps birth was so horrendous that they broke the baby's arm and they are still in hospital and my friend is still in a state of shock! And she doesnt live close, so i cant visit her yet!

I feel like running away and hiding today, or i may just go and eat worms, I dont usually feel sorry for myself and I love to smile, but sometimes life just drags you down!!!!!

Got First Aid training at work tomorrow and so hope I dont kill the dummy !

Right ignore me now, as I am even drepressing myself!

......... next time drink coke ...... but in the mean time go have a fry up and a pint of fresh orange juice.

.......... although not the best news, at least the baby is here and safe now, and babies bones heal quick ....... and you'll get there when you can, and for that she will be very happy.

i am going down the roast dinner on, ironing done, sit with X factor on and then the Grand Prix to cheer on LH, then strictly and then bacon butties for supper and a house of peace as kids off to mums and OH going to work (thank the lord)!!!!

Food does it for me - always cheers me up. And a stiff drink - but in view of the hangover?

here hun, have a glass of my first attempt at fruit juice wine, not particularly alcoholic, but tastes like a damn fine rose, and guaranteed not to give you a hangover, just a warm glow.

I suffer from depression, have done for years, and my advice is, allow yourself to feel fed up for a day, indulge yourself with food, and booze and your fave book/tv programmes, then go to bed and treat tomorrow as a brand new day.
only fret about what you can change, accept what you can't change.
