I've successfully* carried out the blue job on every machine I've had since 1995 (and I change 'em every couple years) - it's just that I have truly, totally, utterly lost the will to live with all things techie - odd cos it was once a passion! I know I know - send help

Hi again piskie. I know nothing about computers. Do what I always do. Leave it in the box until a handy twelve year old comes along. Let them have it for about ten minutes whilst they do what would take me about three weeks and then get rid of them as quick as you can so as to avoid their 'but it's easy, anyone can do it' comments.
