Thank you, that's made my birthday. Got loads of flowers, chocs, alcohol, a balloon and a Chinese take away from many family members as well as a handcrafted walking stick from my brother. I would have settled for some cuddles but they will have to wait until the Hugathon at the end of lockdown!

Morning all.
Did a silly thing this morning. Instead of putting a spoonful of coffee in the cup, it went in my porage. Hands following routine, mug in wrong place, brain still in bed!

chilly and damp here too this morning.

I was woken by the cows in the back field -they arrived a few days ago with young calves at heel.
The calves are a delight to watch leaping around like lambs!
Well...the bull was put in with them yesterday and they were all running up and down the field with him giving a great time
Its funny watching a great lumbering bull keeping up with the others. Pure muscle.
Think they must have been exhausted overnight!
Well they've been mooing for the last hour

Not sure what today will bring but it's going to be something indoors,
