Ahhhh rain

The effects of Wednesdays day of light but steady rain was somewhat underwhelming, it only dampened the top half inch of compost mulch and any bare soil plots looked like they hadn't been rained on at all. Yesterday we saw frequent heavy showers, squally and horrible as they blustered through but it did seem to be wetting the ground each time. Forecast for showers again today.
