There's people that cope with far more than I. Wouldn't even start to compare childbirth to anything I've felt. I may be many things, but downright stupid I ain't.

I had noticed you were not 'around' but I'd got mesel into setting up this stupid new computer (which isn't yet finished) so I wasn't here much mesel...anyway ....

...as you know my back/leg issues are the very same as yours albeit several inches shorter (!) ...my fizzio said my years of weigh training/power lifting has made my quads, hamstrings etc so 'aaaaard that they make it worse.....zeeeeez

You already know this, sitting down too long makes things much worse, so get that piriformis stretched out lad

Funnily enough, my dude said I'm predisposed to have tight hamstrings/lower back muscles as a result of having problems from a young age (I've had back trouble since I was about 14).

Hey ho, we each have our cross to bear.

Just about to jump on the cross trainer, take some pills, then heat/ice the area.

          I'll be back.

Well you didn't look as if you had a bad back/hip/leg when you were cavorting around the Gardeners Rest last night

Get better soon though, LW needs you

Oohh... sounds bad. Poor you. It sounds as though you're handling the pain with a cocktail of honesty, wit and gritted teeth. Or a cocktail of drugs. Or just a cocktail (my preferred option, Kir Royale x 3 please).

Try all three together and report back.*

Sorry to hear you are suffering HeyWayne. After breaking my spine and neck several years ago I know what back pain feels like. Isn't it curious how it causes pain in other parts of the body as well?

Hope you are up and about again soon.
