He's not my type of person and unless he's on the bench for England I won't have watched him tonight.

So, all you need really, is a couple of hunky men, some serious machinery, three trucks of plants and trees and Bob's your Uncle!
Did enjoy it tho. What a transformation!

I did enjoy the programme and I have nothing against Nick Knowles. What I don't understand is why programmes like this need a 'presenter'. A gardening for wildlife programme had a gardener and a wildlife 'expert', both very capable of doing their piece to camera and explaining what is being done and why. So why the need for someone else? Is he there just for Piskie. What strings are you able to pull at the BBC?

oh I have friends in high places y'nar

I think a programme such as this does need a 'non-expert' presenter, I see his role as asking the 'dumb' questions and generally pulling it together - he is a superb choice for me

I watched the last 10 mins and have set a 'link' to record them all!
I thought how well Chris looked

                              Good program though.
