Toastie, you don't appear to be an especially regular member, so you may not know that Pigletwillie took on his multiple plots to save them becoming even more overgrown and/or being subject to the potential of a council sell off. If you read around the recipes, preserves and chat sections, you'll also see that PW makes full use of his produce to feed not just his own household but multiple friends and family too.

My only objection is that Mrs PW saw him first
