Two - Just taken on a second overgrown one next to my originial for growing loads of squash and pumpkins. It ridiculous. We have a waiting list but people won't take overgrown plots...? Oh well their loss.

1, but I wouldn't take another until the list goes down. I'm sure it will, one day.

I've got a half plot but want more!!! There may be just a chance that I can get another half near mine next year, but it's still a "maybe"

none garden big enough, if I decide I need more in the future then the flowerbeds will go, thats those flower beds I don't have yet. Making a garden is taking a long time!

Umm, well technically two, but one is almost entirely devoted to fruit, herbs and (soon) chickens. My daughter has one which we help with and my mum has just taken on a tiny one that we're going to have to do the heavy work on. Mum's is going to be almost entirely soft fruit as that's what she enjoys so, it will be easy for her to manage too. Both our own plots are well cultivated now, so there isn't the work that there was initially. In my defence can I say that we took all of them on at a time when you couldn't give an allotment away and even Mum's new one is on a site that no-one will touch as for some reason it's unpopular.
Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

Just the one which still needs a lot of work to get under control - turned another one down a couple of weeks ago as wouldn't be able to cope with two overgrown plots on different sites!

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

I've ticked one since Dad and I have a half each of the same plot but we work them as one.

One lottie which I took on in February of this year. It was very overgrown so I have spent ages getting it into shape ready for next spring. Devided up into 12, 15ft x 10ft beds plus a 17ft X 16ft fenced off area for the hounds and a similar sized area for fruit. Also have a good size veggie plot at home.
It is the doom of man, that they forget.

Four (well three and a big half really)

                                I to fruit,
2 to tunnels and raised bed
3 to raised beds and a fruit cage
4 to the stuff that needs traditional beds.

The fourth was taken on when we had over 40 spare plots and the council was looking at our sites £3 million price tag.
