I've just harvested my first ever completely good crop of Pink Fir potatoes. No disease or anything!

I have been getting some thing from my son,he got that many courgettes,the large round ones,we have prepared and cut into thick slices and frozen,he has already done some in the oven topped with other things like cheese,he loves them,tother day i sliced a long one and cooked it with soya sauce,ginger,sweetener and a drop of oil,when done slowly it makes a nice sticky syrup,you can add a little water,to keep it from burning,it was a nice change,i do the same thing with sliced chicken as well,beautiful.Last edited by lottie dolly; 17-08-2021, 03:31 PM.sigpicAnother nutter ,wife,mother, nan and nanan,love my growing places,seed collection and sharing,also one of these

Feeling happy as it looks like we might be able to fit in a visit to the UK (to see all the family )nearer to Xmas.
