Not sure if I should give a weather report... Bright and sunny, no frost. It was 12.1 ºC when I went to bed at just gone midnight. Sorry. It's due to get colder again in a few days, honest, maybe not quite into frost territory but not far off.

Been busy out in the garden. Will go and do a bit more for maybe half an hour or so and then got to be busy at paid work. Roll on retirement. Time is very strange. The year seems to be rushing by but retirement doesn't feel like it's getting any closer!

Have a good day, everyone. Looks like the smiles have got bored waiting for me and a load of them have already left. Hope they find their way to you. Doubtless someone somewhere will catch the spares. With any luck, at least one will be winging its way to see Rary.

Morning a dry cold start plants are in their 'day places' hope it wont be for much longer toms are getting a bit heavy to carry around.

I’m deffo going to enjoy my day- tis our wedding anniversary and we’ve decided to go to the coast and take our mini bbq. Best go hunt out my thermals!

Did a C&C Grory Hop this morning in anticipation of having new kitchen taps fitted this afternoon. the afternoon was not my choice but as the chap doing it lives in my village the company asked if I minded pm as it could be his last job of the day and he'd be nearly home already. When I got home from the store, having popped into the GC as well to get a couple of bags of compost, guess what? There was the plumber waiting for me. Company had a change of plan and sent the expected plumber off on another job, so sent a different chap. Glad he was waiting on their time, not mine
