Disaster and Catastrophe.

Nothing trivial like an eartquake or volcano. Much worse. Yesterday I had to go into town. Whilst there, I LOST MY SNUFF BOX . I realise that to most of you this may sound like nothing to get upset about but it is like losing an old friend. That little wooden box has been my constant companion for years.

I do have a spare but it just doesn't feel the same. I'm going to have to trawel the internet now to try and find a new one. You have no idea how difficult it will be to find one that is 'just right'.

I'd need to lose about six stone and have some kind of spine transplant to have the slightest chance of moving anywhere in a clandestine fashion.

As part of an English A level I took many years ago we had to attend some drama workshops with the RSC. I did enjoy it, once I'd overcome my 'English reserve' but boy oh boy I moved with all the grace of a lump of wood .
